Privacy policy
This policy explains how CIONIX MEDIA SA processes personal data on cionix.com, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect
Only what you type in the sign-up form: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name. We also store the language of the page, the date of sign-up and the version of this policy you accepted, so that we can prove your consent.
Why, and on what legal basis
To send you news about the launch of CIONIX products and services. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we have not sent you any communication for 24 months, we delete it anyway.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and the sign-up database, which is stored in the EU jurisdiction. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement; any transfer outside the EU is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- When someone signs up, our team receives an internal notification that contains only a partially hidden email address (for example ad***@example.com) and never your name.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for profiling.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, and for its rectification, erasure or portability. You can also object to its processing or ask us to restrict it, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@cionix.com from the address you signed up with. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking technology. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses for a short time to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
